Lead and manage commercial electrical construction projects across CA, NV, and AZ
Oversee crews of electricians to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans for accurate installations
Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe job site using safety software
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors
Manage project timelines, budgets, and material procurement
Troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and controls
Ensure projects are completed on time

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman leading crews of 8 to 25 electricians
Proven experience managing commercial electrical projects ranging from $700K to $3M+
Strong background in commercial new construction and remodel projects
Expertise in electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, controls, and refrigeration power
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Skilled in material ordering, labor tracking, and project planning
OSHA-30 certification required or willingness to obtain
Journeyman Electrician License preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments
Willingness to travel approximately 50% across California, Nevada, and Arizona
Ability to relocate to Los Angeles County, CA prior to start
