- Conduct thorough inspections of commercial and residential units to identify wood-destroying organisms.
- Create detailed diagrams of inspected properties, highlighting areas of concern.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients to secure sales contracts.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding termite control and prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and proposals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to termite inspection and control.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during inspections and treatment procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
