Competitive pay of $120,000 - $140,000, based on experience
Full-time 40 to 50-hour-per-week schedule with consistent work

As a Superintendent at Ganem Construction LLC, you'll take full ownership of field operations on commercial construction projects in Bakersfield, CA. From leading subcontractors and managing schedules to enforcing safety and maintaining site organization, you’ll be the driving force behind efficient, high-quality project execution.
Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel
Communicate daily with the Project Manager and Senior Superintendent
Drive safety standards and hold regular site safety meetings
Update and maintain construction schedules
Oversee inspections, code compliance, and document management
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and vendors to stay on budget and on time
Perform quality control checks and minimize punch list items
Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and compliance at all times

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects (Tenant Improvements, Ground-Up, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Outlook
Procore certified
Able to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with construction scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
High school diploma required; college degree in construction management preferred
OSHA 30 and current CPR certification required
LEED training or LEED AP certification is a plus
Must pass background screening and have a valid driver’s license
