Pay: $75,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience

As a Steel Erector Superintendent, you’ll oversee steel erection projects along the eastern seaboard and throughout the Carolinas. You’ll be responsible for keeping teams safe, projects on schedule, and clients confident in the work.
Your day-to-day will include:
Directing steel erection crews and daily operations on site
Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve goals
Enforcing safety standards and OSHA compliance on every project
Reading and interpreting blueprints to plan and execute work accurately
Coordinating with customers, vendors, and company leadership
Problem-solving issues in the field and keeping projects running smoothly

Experience: 5+ years in steel erection with at least 1 year in a superintendent role
Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Safety: In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices
Language: English fluency (Spanish preferred; additional pay available)
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, primarily in the northeast
