Your New Role

As a Steel Erector Superintendent, you’ll oversee steel erection projects along the eastern seaboard and throughout the Carolinas. You’ll be responsible for keeping teams safe, projects on schedule, and clients confident in the work.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Directing steel erection crews and daily operations on site

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve goals

• Enforcing safety standards and OSHA compliance on every project

• Reading and interpreting blueprints to plan and execute work accurately

• Coordinating with customers, vendors, and company leadership

• Problem-solving issues in the field and keeping projects running smoothly

• Experience: 5+ years in steel erection with at least 1 year in a superintendent role

• Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints

• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Safety: In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices

• Language: English fluency (Spanish preferred; additional pay available)

• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, primarily in the northeast
