Pay range of $22 to $25 per hour based on experience
Full-time, stable work with a consistent Monday through Thursday 10-hour schedule

Fabricate solid surface countertops and components in a shop environment in person
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using saws, routers, and hand tools
Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to meet exact specifications
Perform seam joining, sanding, polishing, and finishing for high-quality results
Complete sink cutouts, backsplash fabrication, and custom component assembly
Inspect finished products to ensure structural integrity and visual quality
Repair or rework pieces to meet company standards when necessary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following all safety protocols
Assist with cabinet-making duties as needed
Utilize PPE and work efficiently in a production environment with dust and noise

1 to 3 years of experience in solid surface fabrication or a similar manufacturing role preferred
Proficiency with fabrication equipment, power tools, and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical documents
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Solid math and measurement skills
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and more with assistance
Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
Manual dexterity for detailed finishing work
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust and noise
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Installation experience preferred
