Your New Role

• Fabricate solid surface countertops and components in a shop environment in person

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using saws, routers, and hand tools

• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to meet exact specifications

• Perform seam joining, sanding, polishing, and finishing for high-quality results

• Complete sink cutouts, backsplash fabrication, and custom component assembly

• Inspect finished products to ensure structural integrity and visual quality

• Repair or rework pieces to meet company standards when necessary

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following all safety protocols

• Assist with cabinet-making duties as needed

• Utilize PPE and work efficiently in a production environment with dust and noise

• 1 to 3 years of experience in solid surface fabrication or a similar manufacturing role preferred

• Proficiency with fabrication equipment, power tools, and hand tools

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical documents

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Solid math and measurement skills

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and more with assistance

• Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods

• Manual dexterity for detailed finishing work

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust and noise

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Installation experience preferred
