As a key member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be to harness high-quality leads and transform them into solar panel sales with a primary focus on installations. Your role extends beyond sales; it also involves customer education. You'll be instrumental in enlightening customers about our comprehensive solar panel products and services, all while addressing their individual needs and environmental objectives. Furthermore, your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complex landscape of government incentives and rebates, ensuring a seamless process for our customers. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships is at the core of your role, as you'll be dedicated to ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales journey. Collaboration with our marketing team is encouraged to optimize lead generation and enhance customer engagement, fostering a productive synergy between our sales and marketing efforts. Job requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the solar panel or renewable energy industry
  • Knowledge of solar panel systems and energy efficiency solutions is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong closer
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong commitment to our core values, including customer-centricity, eco-friendliness, transparency, accountability, and community
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
