Here's a bonus! Our compensation is exceptionally competitive, spanning from $70,000 to $100,000 annually.

Now, let's talk about your responsibilities.

Your primary responsibilities include leading and coordinating solar installation projects to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. Conduct initial assessments, including site evaluations and feasibility studies. Develop detailed project plans using management software and collaborate with sales teams to meet customer requirements. Coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance. Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and energy regulations. Address and resolve project issues and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, facilitates customer education on solar system maintenance and performance.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing solar energy projects
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
• Strong understanding of solar system design, installation, and maintenance
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with local and national regulations related to solar installations
• PMP certification is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
