Yellowstone Local is a veteran-owned recruitment, marketing, and tech agency focused on serving residential services and construction sectors. In our niche, we hire all types of skilled trades including Plumbers, HVAC techs, Electricians, as well as office personnel and management.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in recruiting who is proactive, tech-savvy, and a great communicator. You should be comfortable working remotely, using various sourcing platforms, and confident with cold calling. Excellent English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with clients to draft detailed job descriptions and define hiring criteria.
  • Use innovative and effective recruiting strategies to find and attract top talent.
  • Source and build pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct phone or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
  • Handle job postings, advertisements, and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment screenings as needed.
  • Use tools like HubSpot and Recruitee to track, manage, and report on recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Work closely with company leaders, clients, and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Meet weekly quotas for calls, emails, and sourcing efforts.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A proven track record of success in recruiting for at least 5 years.
  • Expertise in using sourcing platforms like Recruitee, HubSpot, Indeed, and JustCall.
  • Confidence in cold calling and candidate outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple positions and clients simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of principles and processes of recruitment. Including industry standards and new trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
  • Ability to communicate with both clients and candidates a like, excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with advanced knowledge of interviewing and presenting candidates.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking software.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of Human Resource work.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-up skills.
  • Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Must be a self-starter and have a goal-driven personality.
  • Must be technology savvy and able to use multiple platforms for sourcing, tracking, and communicating with clients and candidates.


Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a recruiter
  • Knowledge of Residential Services Like HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric (preferred)
  • Fantastic at sourcing passive candidates
  • Must be able to provide professional references
  • Must be a team player and enjoy recruiting!
