Your New Role

  • Oversee daily operations of the sheet metal shop in San Antonio, TX

  • Manage fabrication schedules to meet tight production deadlines

  • Lead and supervise sheet metal workers to ensure top-quality output

  • Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and purchasing

  • Maintain inventory, ensure material availability, and streamline workflow

  • Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld at all times

  • Train, mentor, and support the growth of your shop team

  • Drive continuous improvement in productivity, accuracy, and efficiency

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC duct systems and fabrication processes

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications

  • Experience managing shop production and coordinating logistics

  • Proficient with fabrication tools, machinery, and safety procedures

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX
