Your New Role

• Assist with sheet metal fabrication using industry-standard tools and equipment

• Operate sheet metal shears, metal braking equipment, and plasma cutters

• Use hand snippers and other hand tools to cut and shape materials

• Read and follow basic fabrication instructions and measurements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Support senior team members on fabrication projects and daily shop operations

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sheet metal or fabrication preferred

• Experience operating sheet metal shears, brakes, and plasma cutters

• Ability to use hand snippers and other basic fabrication tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team

• Basic understanding of fabrication safety practices
