Your New Role

You’ll be joining a team that covers a wide radius—servicing clients within 80 to 100 miles of our headquarters in Owings Mills, Maryland. You’ll mostly work local jobs that keep you close to home, but with the kind of project scale that makes every day different.

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems for a wide range of commercial clients

• Collaborate with foremen, plumbers, pipe fitters, and other skilled trades on large-scale projects

• Ensure every install meets Temp Air’s high-quality and safety standards

• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members

• Complete daily job reports and assist with project tracking using our internal systems

• Maintain tools and equipment, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical components

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

• EPA 608 Certification preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication skills and team-first attitude

• Comfortable handling jobs throughout the greater Baltimore region and surrounding areas
