Your New Role

• Service residential HVAC systems throughout Buda, TX and surrounding areas

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems with accuracy and efficiency

• Identify opportunities for system replacements and present options to homeowners

• Close residential retrofit sales by educating customers and offering tailored solutions

• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication on every call

• Utilize modern tools, software, and processes to manage jobs and customer interactions

• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems

• Strong sales skills with the ability to close residential retrofit opportunities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using modern technology, tools, and field service software

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• EPA Certification preferred

• Reliable, self-motivated, and focused on long-term career growth
