Your New Role

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

• Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on plumbing fixtures and equipment

• Conduct drain cleaning, rodding, and sewer maintenance services

• Identify plumbing system issues and recommend effective solutions

• Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related plumbing components

• Utilize sewer diagnostic equipment and inspection tools as needed

• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout each service call

• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

• Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized

• Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices

• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and quality workmanship

• Residential service plumbing experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience with plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance

• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and piping

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Drain cleaning and rodding experience preferred

• Sewer service experience preferred

• Experience operating drain cleaning equipment; Spartan machine experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
