Work as a Service Plumber throughout Houston and surrounding service areas
Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential plumbing systems
Complete plumbing service calls efficiently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and customer service
Repair and replace toilets, faucets, fixtures, piping, drains, water lines, water heaters, and related plumbing components
Identify and resolve leaks, clogged drains, water pressure problems, fixture failures, water heater issues, and other common residential plumbing concerns
Perform plumbing inspections and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions based on system conditions
Clearly explain plumbing problems, repair options, and recommended solutions to customers
Follow applicable Texas plumbing codes, safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
Safely operate and maintain plumbing hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and service equipment
Maintain clean and organized tools, equipment, work areas, and service vehicles
Accurately document service work and communicate with customers, dispatchers, supervisors, and team members
Travel throughout the Houston service territory based on scheduled service calls
Participate in ongoing training to strengthen plumbing service, troubleshooting, and repair skills
Work overtime when required based on service demand and scheduling needs

Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience preferred, with residential service, troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair experience
Current Texas plumbing license or registration appropriate for the work performed and employer requirements
Valid driver's license required
Driving record that meets employer requirements
Ability and willingness to travel to service calls throughout Houston and surrounding areas
Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, drains, water lines, water heaters, and related equipment
Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair solutions
Ability to safely use plumbing hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and service equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to clearly explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions to customers
Ability to work independently while maintaining safety, quality, and company standards
Strong reliability, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability and willingness to work overtime when required
