This is a professional service environment built for experienced plumbers who want structure, support, and the ability to increase their income through performance.

Your New Role

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair in Oakland, San Francisco, and surrounding service areas

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including drain clogs, sewer backups, leak repairs, water heater service, and general plumbing maintenance

• Deliver drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer video inspections, trenchless sewer repair support, and related plumbing services

• Present customers with at least three repair options using flat rate pricing

• Complete detailed digital invoices with photos and documentation

• Collect payment at time of service

• Communicate clearly with dispatch and team members

• Maintain a professional appearance and company vehicle

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

• Meet or exceed revenue and average ticket performance goals

• 2 or more years of residential or commercial plumbing experience is required

• Experience with drain cleaning, sewer repair, water heaters, and general service plumbing

• Ability to diagnose plumbing systems and present multiple repair options to customers

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas

• Ability to perform hand excavation and operate power demolition equipment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using technology for invoicing and service documentation

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in customer facing environments
