Located in Glendora, CA (91741), your role as a Service Manager/Trainer will center on elevating service technicians into high-performance professionals. You’ll guide new talent through structured training, mentor them in the field, and align team performance with revenue goals.
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading technician training programs using NexTech Academy and our LMS
Managing onboarding, development, and evaluations for technicians and field mentors
Coaching on sales, customer rapport, and service optimization
Tracking technician performance and conducting improvement-focused ride-alongs
Collaborating with department heads, marketing, and vendors to enhance the program

1+ years of Skilled Trade Trainer experience
Proven experience training or coaching in a service-based industry (home services preferred)
Solid understanding of sales strategy and performance metrics
Comfortable with LMS systems and structured training programs
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach both in the classroom and in the field (ride-alongs)
Organizational skills to manage multiple technician development tracks simultaneously
