As the Service Manager at Apollo Plumbing & Rooter, you will work from Everett, Washington and serve as the connection between office operations and field technicians. Your focus will be supporting service technicians and installation teams while ensuring company procedures, service quality, and operational goals are followed.
Lead and support service technicians and installation crews in their daily work
Coordinate communication between office staff and field teams
Train and evaluate field technicians alongside the Operations Manager
Conduct ride along evaluations and offer coaching to technicians
Confirm repairs and installations meet company quality standards and permitting requirements
Communicate department goals and track performance expectations
Manage schedules and workloads to maintain efficient operations
Work with dispatch to help maintain effective scheduling and service flow
Provide guidance to technicians facing technical challenges in the field
Address customer concerns to support a positive service experience
Reinforce OSHA safety practices and promote a safety focused workplace
Support company initiatives, service opportunities, and membership programs when applicable
Handle administrative duties such as technician paperwork, evaluations, and expense reports
Maintain company policies, professional standards, and team accountability

Plumbing license preferred but not required
High school diploma
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Strong verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of current plumbing codes and regulations
Understanding of financial and accounting principles related to plumbing operations
Ability to work extended hours when needed
Ability to work in both office and field environments
