As the Service Manager at Apollo Plumbing & Rooter, you will be based in Everett, Washington and serve as the primary connection point between the office and the field. This role focuses on leading service technicians and installation crews while ensuring daily operations follow company policies, service standards, and operational goals.
Supervise and motivate service technicians and installation crews
Coordinate activity between the office and the field to support daily operations
Train, manage, and evaluate field technicians in partnership with the Operations Manager
Conduct ride-alongs and provide performance feedback to technicians
Ensure repairs and installations meet quality standards and permitting requirements
Communicate and monitor department goals and performance expectations
Manage workloads and schedules to optimize manpower and operational efficiency
Support effective dispatching and communicate issues to call center leadership
Assist technicians with field related challenges and technical questions
Resolve customer concerns to support service satisfaction
Enforce OSHA safety standards and support a strong safety culture
Support company goals, service opportunities, and membership retention when applicable
Perform administrative duties including technician paperwork, evaluations, and expense reports
Uphold and reinforce company policies, ethics, and team standards

Plumbing license preferred, not required
High school diploma
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of current plumbing code requirements
Understanding of accounting and financial principles related to the plumbing industry
Ability to work extended hours when required
Ability to work in both office and field environments
