Your New Role

• Work as a Service Journeyman Plumber throughout San Antonio, Selma, and surrounding areas in Texas

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems

• Complete plumbing service calls efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and professional customer service

• Repair and replace faucets, toilets, fixtures, piping, drains, water lines, water heaters, and related plumbing components

• Identify leaks, drainage problems, water pressure concerns, fixture failures, and other plumbing issues

• Explain plumbing problems, repair options, and recommended solutions clearly and professionally to customers

• Perform work according to applicable Texas plumbing codes, safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

• Properly use and maintain plumbing tools, diagnostic equipment, parts, materials, and service equipment

• Maintain an organized and professional service vehicle and work area

• Accurately document completed service work and communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, customers, and other team members

• Participate in training and professional development to stay current on plumbing service methods and equipment

• Work overtime when required based on service demand and scheduling needs

• Current Texas Journeyman Plumber License required

• Minimum 4 years of professional plumbing experience required, including hands-on residential plumbing service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience

• Valid driver's license required

• Driving record that meets employer requirements

• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, drains, water lines, water heaters, and related equipment

• Ability to independently diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair solutions

• Ability to safely and effectively use plumbing hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and service equipment

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to explain plumbing problems and recommended solutions clearly to customers

• Ability to work independently while maintaining company quality and safety standards

• Strong reliability, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

• Ability and willingness to work overtime when required
