Your New Role

As a Service Install Field Supervisor, you’ll guide and support up to 20 HVAC team members across service and install operations. Based in Rifle, CO, your job will focus on managing people, schedules, and performance while keeping daily operations on track. In this role, you will:

• Oversee and coach Service and Installation Technicians

• Approve invoicing within 48 hours of job completion

• Monitor budgets, revenue, and goal tracking for memberships and 5-star results

• Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings and performance reviews

• Maintain and manage fleet, warehouse operations, and job site readiness

• Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of apprentices and team members

• Ensure clear scheduling across holidays, planned time off, and emergencies

• Report monthly to leadership and assist with internal process improvements

• 3 - 5 years of HVAC or plumbing experience

• 3 - 5 years of supervisory or management experience

• Ability to lead by example and deliver clear communication

• Strong organization and scheduling skills

• Able to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical job site tasks when needed

• Valid driver’s license

• Experience using tablets, software tools, and apps for day-to-day operations

• Willingness to learn and work with systems like ServiceTitan

• Strong math, reading, and problem-solving skills
