Your New Role

Based in Owings Mills, MD, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service operations. From dispatching techs to keeping schedules tight and customer communication seamless, you’ll make sure the field team stays moving and the clients stay happy.

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians for HVAC and mechanical service calls

  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts

  • Coordinate with field techs, project managers, and internal departments to ensure efficient job flow

  • Track job progress, parts orders, and update work orders

  • Utilize Excel and service management systems (e.g., Foundations) for record-keeping and reporting

  • Manage service-related A/P and A/R tasks (preferred experience)

  • Keep phones answered and customer concerns addressed professionally and promptly

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong multitasking skills—you thrive in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent phone communication and professional etiquette

  • Positive, team-first attitude

  • Experience with service-related A/P and A/R (preferred)

  • Familiarity with Foundations software (a plus)
