Annual pay range: $140,000–$160,000, based on experience

Located in Phoenix, AZ, this role puts you in charge of field operations for complex industrial and storage construction projects. As Senior Superintendent, you’ll manage field teams, uphold quality and safety standards, and ensure timelines stay on track using your expertise in scheduling and field execution.
Oversee daily operations at active job sites across Arizona
Lead and mentor Project Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, logistics, and inspections
Collaborate with the Field Operations team, vendors, and Quality Manager
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
Ensure field teams are using Procore and other tools effectively
Resolve challenges quickly and communicate progress clearly with all stakeholders

Must have strong experience managing industrial and/or storage construction projects
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in general construction
Proficient in Microsoft Project (required, non-negotiable)
Experience using Procore on active job sites
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and resources
Valid driver’s license
OSHA 30 certification required
Able to work in outdoor jobsite environments (heat, dust, noise)
Willing and able to work 40–50 hours per week, with flexibility based on project demands
