Your New Role

As a Senior Service Technician in Lincoln, NE – Serving customers within a 40-mile radius, you will:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer specifications

• Accurately assess issues and recommend proper repairs

• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers

• Maintain and properly use company-provided tools, vehicles, and technology

• Ensure every job is completed efficiently, with no callbacks

• Work in residential, commercial, and retail environments

• 6-10 years of HVAC service experience

• EPA Type 2 Certification (Required)

• NATE Certification (Preferred)

• Associate’s Degree in HVAC or a related field

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Good driving record (Company vehicle provided)

• Ability to work on-call and overtime as needed

• Must pass a background check and drug test
