Perform plant health care and lawn care services for high-end residential properties throughout Far Hills, NJ and surrounding areas
Diagnose and treat tree, shrub, plant, and turf health issues using integrated pest management practices
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, weed control products, insect control products, and seasonal treatments safely and accurately
Perform foliar sprays, trunk injections, soil amendments, and root-zone treatments
Conduct mosquito and tick control applications as assigned
Conduct inspections to identify pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stressors
Operate and calibrate sprayers, spreaders, injectors, and other application equipment
Maintain accurate digital records for treatments, observations, recommendations, and follow-up services
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams regarding landscape health findings and treatment recommendations
Recommend additional services when appropriate based on property needs and best practices
Support larger projects and tight application windows by collaborating with fellow technicians
Perform routine truck and equipment maintenance while maintaining organized and compliant storage practices
Support team development by sharing best practices and assisting with technician training when needed
Maintain high standards for safety, compliance, and property appearance

4+ years of experience in plant health care, lawn care applications, arboriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or turf management
Strong knowledge of plant, tree, shrub, turf, pest, and disease identification
Experience performing fertilizer, pesticide, fungicide, and lawn treatment applications
Experience diagnosing plant and landscape health issues independently
NJ Pesticide Applicator License preferred, including Core and relevant categories such as 3A, 3B, or 8B
Willingness to obtain required licensing with company support if not currently licensed
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to safely operate and maintain application equipment and company vehicles
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and compliance
Experience working on high-end residential properties preferred
Horticulture, arboriculture, turf, or related education is a plus
ISA credentials are a plus
Ability to lift and carry field materials and equipment and work on uneven terrain
Career-minded attitude with a strong work ethic and team mentality
