Your New Role

As a Senior Concrete Cutting Operator, you’ll take the lead on complex concrete cutting and demolition projects across commercial and industrial sites. You’ll be counted on for your skill, reliability, and ability to drive results in the field.

Based in Portland, Oregon, you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating advanced concrete cutting tools including wall saws, core drills, wire saws, flat saws, and more

• Leading small crews on-site and mentoring apprentices

• Working on core drilling, concrete sawing, cutting, and removal in varied jobsite conditions

• Using rigging and crane communication skills safely and effectively

• Operating support equipment including skid steers, excavators, man lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers

• Following all safety protocols and ensuring jobsite compliance

• Occasionally working nights, weekends, or out-of-town as needed

• 7 to 10 years of concrete cutting experience in commercial or industrial settings

• Proficient in operating a range of diamond and demolition tools such as wall saws, core drills, flat saws, and wire saws

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Experience with rigging and crane communication

• Ability to lead crews and train apprentices

• Familiar with heavy equipment including skid steer, excavator, forklift, and similar machinery

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, or travel as needed

• Reliable transportation

• Able to lift 45 pounds or more and work in varying weather conditions

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Math skills helpful (training provided)
