Position Overview:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be the financial backbone behind our multi-location operations. You’ll work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee reconciliations, and deliver financial clarity that drives smart business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze accrual-based financial statements

• Perform complex bank and account reconciliations

• Manage payroll journal entries and accurate departmental allocations

• Break down and interpret complex financial data (e.g., payroll trends, margin analysis)

• Track and report cost accounting metrics, including COGS and OPEX

• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, and ServiceTitan to manage financial infrastructure

• Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams across multiple business units

• Identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure clean month-end close processes

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, and ServiceTitan

• Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment with minimal oversight

• Excellent communication and time-management skills

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Accounting experience in the HVAC or home service industry

• Experience managing financials across multiple locations

• Familiarity with aligning ServiceTitan + QuickBooks data workflows
