We’re hiring someone who thrives on supporting customers, solving problems, and raising the bar. Whether you’re guiding homeowners through service options or helping them find the right comfort solution, you’ll be part of a company that gets things done and treats people right.
Base Salary + Commission: Base pay ($50k - $75k) with performance-based incentives.

You are selling solutions customers genuinely need from a respected, established HVAC company serving the local community
You are the sole sales professional, not part of a crowded sales floor
This is not a training role; your experience puts you in the driver’s seat from day one
Leadership that trusts your sales experience and stays out of your way
Own the residential HVAC sales process from lead to close
Conduct in-home HVAC evaluations and system replacement consultations
Build professional proposals and clearly explain system options, pricing, and rebate opportunities
Work with utility, manufacturer, and state rebates to maximize customer value

Strong communication skills and a consultative approach
Self-driven, organized, and committed to follow-through
Demonstrated experience working with rebates and incentive programs
Previous success selling home services or products such as generators, water filtration, indoor air quality, or similar solutions
Strong closing skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up process
Valid driver’s license
