Your New Role

  • Own the residential HVAC sales process from lead to close

  • Conduct in-home HVAC evaluations and system replacement consultations

  • Build professional proposals and clearly explain system options, pricing, and rebate opportunities

  • Work with utility, manufacturer, and state rebates to maximize customer value

Job requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach

  • Self-driven, organized, and committed to follow-through

  • Demonstrated experience working with rebates and incentive programs

  • Previous success selling home services or products such as generators, water filtration, indoor air quality, or similar solutions

  • Strong closing skills with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up process

  • Valid driver’s license
