Drain Town Rooter offers its services solely to the cities and communities of Orange County California, home to our founders and our employees. Our services are available to residents of Orange County 24/7, and there are never any additional charges for nights, weekends, or holidays! Our highly trained team can cover any plumbing needs big or small!

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of experienced plumbing technicians, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and maintain a high level of sales success.
- Customer Communication: Communicate directly with customers, addressing their plumbing drain and sewer system concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Possess the ability to address all issues relating to plumbing drain and sewer systems, providing effective solutions.
- Options Presentation: Offer customers a range of options to replace or repair minor or major plumbing issues, with a particular focus on drain and sewer systems.
- Documentation: Create invoices, estimates, quotes, and recommendations for customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all documentation.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project manager to ensure the timely closure of all active jobs, maintaining efficient workflow.
- Customer Satisfaction: Uphold a five-star customer service rating, consistently delivering exceptional service in line with the company's core values.
- Specialty Equipment: Utilize specialized sewer camera equipment to inspect, diagnose, and address plumbing drain and sewer system issues effectively.

Job requirements
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- 5 years+ experience with sewer and drain systems
- 5 years+ sales experience is a must
- Active Driver's License and Insurable driving record
- Must be willing to commute to job sites in the Orange County area. Headquarters is in Mission Viejo.
- Ability to show a proven track record of high-ticket sales related to plumbing trade with a specialty in sewer and drain systems
- Must be willing to adapt to company policies procedures, and the way in which owners/management run their business
- Be able to provide support in a team effort
- Goal-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
