Your New Role:

As a Lead Generator at ALLRED, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth. You won’t just generate leads—you’ll create connections. With your outgoing personality and strategic approach, you’ll introduce potential customers to ALLRED's HVAC services, while laying the groundwork for our sales team to close the deal.

  • Keep the engine running: Update our lead database with precision and keep things organized.
  • Set up success: Qualify potential customers, moving them to the next stage in the sales process.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-year experience in lead generation preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with cold calling and maintaining databases is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and determination to succeed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
