Pay structure: Candidates can choose between a base pay plus commission (with a base of up to $8,000 monthly for the first 6–12 months, depending on experience) or a 100% commission-based model, with top performers consistently earning $200k–$300k annually since 2015.

Based in Conshohocken, PA, and serving Metro Philadelphia, Delaware, and South Jersey, you will:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet with contractors to understand their projects and recommend the right products
Educate customers on product features and benefits
Read blueprints and prepare accurate quotes and estimates
Follow up on quotes and close deals
Generate submittals for sold products and enter orders with manufacturers
Communicate production schedules and lead times with customers
Handle challenges that arise while maintaining strong relationships with customers and factories
Follow established administrative procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency

3+ years in the construction industry (preferably HVAC); blueprint reading experience preferred but not required
Ability to travel (travel expenses shouldered by the company)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage both customer and manufacturer challenges
HVAC knowledge or experience is highly advantageous
Comfortable working independently
