Your New Role
Based in Tyler, TX, you’ll:
Lead, coach, and elevate the performance of comfort advisors and service technicians
Conduct daily/weekly huddles, ride-alongs, and hands-on sales coaching
Build trust-based selling strategies — no pressure tactics or price undercutting
Train team members on options-based selling and value-first communication
Monitor and improve key sales KPIs: close rate, average ticket, upgrades, financing usage
Maintain and optimize all sales tools: price books, option sheets, and materials
Partner with dispatch, warehouse, and install teams for seamless job execution
Handle escalated customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent

3–5 years of experience in home services sales or sales management
Proven leadership and team development experience
Strong sales coaching ability with a value-based approach
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Must be available for occasional after-hours and weekend support
