Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Management: Manage a team of Technicians to train and maintain documentation of incoming. This involves providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help the team reach their full potential.

  • Setting Sales Targets: Establishing clear sales targets and objectives for the sales team, and ensuring that they are in line with the company's overall goals.

  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.

  • Product Knowledge: Ensuring the sales team has a deep understanding of the company's products or services and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

  • Market Research: Keeping up with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

  • Sales Reporting: Tracking and analyzing sales data, producing reports on sales performance, and presenting findings to senior management.

  • Compliance: Ensuring that the sales team operates within legal and ethical guidelines, particularly when it comes to pricing, contracts, and data protection.

  • Strategic Planning: Participating in overall strategic planning and decision-making processes to align sales efforts with the company's long-term goals.

  • Customer Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and using it to improve products, services, and the overall sales process.

  • Sales Forecasting: Predicting future sales trends and adapting strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions.

  • Strategic Planning: Participating in overall strategic planning and decision-making processes to align sales efforts with the company's long-term goals.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience

  • Experience in a sales management role is preferred

  • Service Titan experience a plus

  • A strong understanding of the HVAC industry to effectively lead the sales team and understand market dynamics

  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with sales techniques, strategies, and best practices

  • Proficiency in performance evaluation and goal-setting

  • The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal team communication and external client interactions

  • The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly
