Your New Role

As a Sales-Focused Apprentice Plumber, you’ll be out in the field across the west and northwest suburbs of Chicago, working post-installation service visits. You’ll also visit the Lake Barrington, IL office once or twice a week. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform post-installation water tests to verify system quality

• Guide customers through activating product programs and warranties

• Identify opportunities for light upselling and referral generation

• Build customer trust and create long-term brand advocates

• Gain exposure to quoting, scoping, and sales conversion techniques

• Apprentice-level experience in plumbing or related mechanical trade

• Strong comfort level working inside customers’ homes

• Personable, confident, and comfortable having conversations with homeowners

• Eagerness to learn sales, quoting, and customer relationship skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must be based in or able to commute throughout the Chicago metro area, especially the west and northwest suburbs

• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work on ladders, in attics, and confined spaces
