Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven, English-fluent Remote Sales Development Representative to support our clients’ outbound and inbound sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with homeowners and business owners, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for high-value services. You’ll be placed with one of our trusted clients in the trades industry and provided with all the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
What You'll Do:
Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospects using lead lists and CRM tools
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for sales teams
Follow up with inbound inquiries and maintain timely communication with potential customers
Handle objections and educate prospects on services offered
Accurately record lead activity and customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with the client’s internal team to continuously improve outreach strategies
Hit daily/weekly KPIs related to calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay $5-8/Hour USD (Varies by client and experience level)
Performance-based bonuses
Full-time (45 hrs/week)

What We're Looking For:
Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
1+ year of experience in a sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (remote experience preferred)
Confident phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs, dialers, and communication tools
Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
Previous experience working with home services or trade-based companies is a bonus
