Based in Jamesburg, NJ, you’ll:
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs
Present and sell customized HVAC solutions that meet those needs
Close deals with confidence and provide a stellar customer experience
Collaborate with install teams to ensure smooth project execution
Follow up with customers and maintain relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
Proven ability to close in-home sales and deliver customer satisfaction
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
