We are on the hunt for a high-energy Sales & Appointment Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn interest into action. You’ll play a critical role in setting in-home appointments and delivering compelling, consultative sales presentations. This isn’t your typical “call and hope” role—you’ll be out to win every day, working with warm leads, performing basic water testing, and helping families improve their home’s water quality with confidence.
Reach out to prospective leads through outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm in-home water test appointments
Conduct professional, consultative presentations during in-home visits to guide homeowners toward solutions
Perform basic water testing and clearly explain product benefits with a problem-solving approach
Accurately manage leads, updates, and appointments within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Follow up with unbooked or undecided leads to re-engage and secure appointments
Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless installations and happy customers
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for bookings and sales conversions

Base hourly pay of $5–$8 USD, plus commission on every booked and closed sale
Flexible full-time schedule with approximately 45+ hours per week
Evening and weekend availability means more opportunities to connect with leads
Comprehensive training from a supportive and experienced leadership team
Work with high-quality leads and offer a product that genuinely improves customers’ lives
2+ years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or in-home B2C sales
Proven ability to close deals and nurture leads via phone, email, and in-person contact
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills
Strong organizational habits and high attention to detail
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
