Oversee and enforce safety programs across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical operations in Chandler, Arizona
Conduct routine job site safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Train and coach technicians on workplace safety procedures, hazard recognition, PPE usage, and best practices
Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions to improve job site safety
Maintain accurate safety records, compliance reports, and training documentation
Partner with leadership and field teams to improve safety performance and reduce operational risk
Ensure adherence to construction safety protocols, toolbox talks, and preventive safety measures
Support onboarding and ongoing safety training for all field employees

Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety coordinator, safety compliance, or construction safety role within plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or related skilled trades
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety compliance, and job site safety standards
Experience conducting safety inspections, safety audits, and field safety training
Ability to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement corrective action plans
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail in reporting and documentation
Ability to work closely with field technicians, managers, and leadership teams to enforce safety standards
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background and pre-employment screening
