Your New Role: 

As a SHEQ Trainee at EMR, you’ll be more than just a cog in the machine. This is your chance to get hands-on experience and immerse yourself in the crucial aspects of SHEQ management. You will support the team by preparing and maintaining documentation, assisting in risk assessments, participating in safety inspections, and more. Whether you’re organizing SHEQ meetings or assisting in environmental impact assessments, you’ll be making a real difference in how we operate and maintain excellence.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No previous experience is required, but a strong interest in SHEQ management is essential. Certifications like OSHA 10 are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working outdoors in diverse environmental conditions
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
