Your new role:

As a Roofing Superintendent based in Hollywood, FL, you will steer the ship at both commercial and residential sites. Your day-to-day involves overseeing job sites, managing roofing crews, and ensuring all projects glide smoothly from blueprint to final inspection. This role is designed for those who take pride in creating durable, aesthetically pleasing roofs that stand the test of time—and weather!

• Experience: Proven roofing and construction management experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, possibly with relevant certifications. 
• Roofing Knowledge: Expertise in roofing materials, techniques, Roofing Codes, and safety standards.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead roofing crews, delegate tasks, and ensure project completion.
• Communication: Strong verbal, written, and blueprint interpretation skills. Able to communicate with homeowners, office staff, and crews.
• Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in roofing.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
