Your New Role

• Provide residential plumbing services in Woodland, California, and surrounding communities.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues.

• Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations.

• Inspect plumbing systems and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Explain repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners.

• Deliver professional and respectful customer service.

• Coordinate with dispatch and office staff throughout the workday.

• Maintain an organized, well-stocked company vehicle.

• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.

• Travel to customer homes within the assigned service area.

• 1 to 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Residential plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience explaining plumbing solutions to homeowners preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work overtime based on business needs

• Ability to perform essential job duties, including lifting, bending, crawling, and working in confined spaces when necessary, with reasonable accommodation where applicable
