Pay

• $28.00-$40.00/hour 
• $500 Sign On Bonus for Well-qualified Candidates
• Hourly plus, Sales Bonuses, Sold Hour + Materials Bonuses, Turn Over Bonuses, Membership Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residential HVAC systems to determine the need for replacement.
• Collaborate with homeowners to understand their heating and cooling requirements and recommend suitable replacement options.
• Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform equipment sizing calculations to ensure proper system capacity and efficiency.
• Connect and configure electrical components, refrigerant lines, and ventilation systems for optimal operation.
• Test newly installed systems to verify proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines during installation.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to homeowners on operating and maintaining their new HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment installations, including warranties, service details, and customer information.

• 3-5+ years experience in installing residential heating and air conditioning equipment, performing replacement installations preferred.
• Knowledge about brazing, nitrogen testing, vacuum pump operations, reclaiming, proper refrigerant charging, Title 24 installation processes, duct sizing and electrical installation.
• Driver's License and insurable driving record
• EPA refrigerant certification
• able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
