• Pay range of $23 to $35 per hour depending on experience

• Performance based incentive program with earning potential equal to $3 to $5 or more per hour

• Overtime paid after 8 hours per day

• Double time on Saturdays through optional rotation

• Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with the flexibility to stay until the job is complete

• No overnight on call

Your New Role

• Location: Greater Rochester Region, New York

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation

• Manage full service calls from start to finish including diagnosing problems, presenting solutions, completing repairs, and collecting payment

• Install and repair pipes, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and residential plumbing systems

• Clear drain blockages and troubleshoot plumbing issues

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain repair options and pricing

• Deliver professional and courteous service during every visit

• Document work orders and invoices using iPad based field software

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment and represent the company positively

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience, 5 years preferred

• Ability to independently manage residential service calls from start to finish

• Comfortable collecting payment at the time of service

• Experience using iPad based field service software systems

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying temperatures

• Ability to work overtime when needed
