Your New Role

Based in Downingtown, PA, you’ll handle residential service calls within a 25-mile radius. Each day will include:

• Installing plumbing systems and fixtures

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with professionalism and confidence

• Replacing and repairing plumbing components

• Performing inspections and routine maintenance

• Communicating clearly with customers and recommending system upgrades or service plans

• Keeping electronic forms and invoices accurate and up to date

• Representing the company with a clean vehicle, sharp uniform, and top-tier attitude

• Coordinating your schedule with Dispatch and the Service Manager

• Experience: 2+ years of residential plumbing experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Skills & Traits:

  • Excellent customer communication

  • Professional appearance and conduct

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely

  • Detail-oriented with strong time management

• Certifications: None required—support provided for future licensing

• Additional Conditions:

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • Must be comfortable working on-call and during holidays if needed

  • Must maintain company-issued assets (truck, tools, iPad) in excellent condition
