Now, let's talk about your responsibilities.
As a Residential Licensed Plumber with us, you'll diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services. Have strong residential plumbing service experience and strong troubleshooting skills. Repair and replace Water Heaters. Install and replace all residential plumbing fixtures and systems (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilets). Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending bust pipes, and cleaning clogged drains. Have competent use of conventional sewer machines. Be able to comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes and meet weekly with Plumbing Service Manager to discuss work orders, parts, concerns, and goals.

• Current Apprentice, Tradesman, Journeyman or Master License.
• Minimum of 1-2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Commercial plumbing acceptable
• Must be willing to work 7pm to 7am 
• Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of and understanding of the Plumbing trades
• Good computer skills: knowledge of Service Titan or compatible, Excel, and IPad.
  
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean Driving Record
• Able to commute to Rockwall, TX
• Must pass a Background Check
• Clean, neat, and professional appearance
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent conflict management skills
• Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity
• Strong attention to detail and managing multiple tasks and assignments
• Team player with a "can do" attitude
• Able and willing to work on-call schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the US
