Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects across Burlington, KY and the Northern Kentucky area

• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, line sets, and furnaces in new construction homes

• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams for accurate system installation

• Ensure all work meets local codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards

• Supervise and guide installation crews, typically 1 to 2 helpers and up to 3 when needed

• Troubleshoot installation issues and keep projects on schedule

• Coordinate with builders and other trades on job sites

• Travel to job sites using a company vehicle

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Journeyman license required prior to fieldwork

• EPA certification required

• Proven experience leading HVAC installation crews

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and diagrams

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills
