Your New Role

As a Service Technician at Xtreme Air Services, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients' HVAC needs. You'll service, install, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring our clients' homes are comfortable and safe. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Servicing customers' HVAC needs with excellence and a positive attitude.
• Keeping a clean and organized work area, using floor savers, and maintaining neatness throughout the job.
• Explaining services to clients and demonstrating why we provide superior service.
• Inspecting and testing system components for operability and safety.
• Meeting and exceeding sales criteria and revenue goals.
• Establishing rapport with clients and selling the right products and services.
• Re-checking all repairs and installations before leaving the client's home.
• Conducting thorough inspections of clients' entire electrical systems.
• Using the Pricing Guide and explaining club memberships to clients.
• Maintaining a clean, organized truck – your mobile billboard for Xtreme Air Services.
• Adhering to our Code of Ethics and Team Rules.
• Participating actively in all training exercises, meetings, and retreats.

This Job Is for You If...

• You have 3-5 years of experience as a performance-based service tech in a home services company.
• You're skilled in HVAC equipment installation and have outstanding customer service, troubleshooting, and diagnostics skills.
• You possess strong project management, preventive maintenance, welding, fabrication, and safety & compliance skills.
• You're authorized to work in the U.S. and ready to undergo a drug screening and background check.
• You hold a valid driver's license and are safety-conscious both on the job and while driving.
