Your New Role

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Westwood, NJ (service area within a 20-mile radius), you’ll:

• Handle 2-4 service calls daily, including diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and completing repairs.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system upgrades to keep HVAC systems running smoothly.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC components as needed.

• Use ServiceTitan software to manage schedules and invoices (experience with the platform is a plus).

• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites, ensuring it is safely parked at your residence overnight.

• Represent Total Comfort Services professionally and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• License: EPA certification required.

• Skills: Strong customer service and sales skills.
