Pay

• $35.00 - $55.00 hourly
• + Bonus on sales, multiple monthly SPIFF opportunities

• No on-call after 7 years of running a truck (technician jobs only)
• Vacation structure = Year 1 of employment: 1 week after 6 months, 1 week after the next 6 months. Years 2-4 of employment: 2 weeks for the year. Years 5-9 of employment: 3 weeks for the year. Years 10+ of employment: 4 weeks for the year. *Can get paid for vacation days if you don't use them*

Responsibilities

• Respond to HVAC service calls
• Diagnose and fix HVAC issues
• Effectively communicate diagnostics and solutions to customers
• Offer a range of options to not only fix existing issues, but to help prevent future ones, improve their current system, or possibly upgrade to a new system

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in a residential setting 
• New Hampshire Gas License required
• Oil Certified 
• Knowledge in Heating (forced hot water and air), A/C, Heat Pumps, and Mini Splits
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
