Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections for residential customers
Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions
Identify opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, and additional services based on customer needs
Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and customer communication
Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism
Follow safety procedures and company standards on every service call
Position is based in Fort Worth and surrounding areas

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for residential HVAC systems
Experience with air conditioning, heating, ventilation, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license and must be insurable
Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and recommend solutions
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule effectively
Must be authorized to work in the United States
