Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, service, and maintenance in Buda, TX and surrounding Austin areas

• Diagnose system issues and deliver reliable, long term repair solutions

• Service and replace components including compressors, motors, thermostats, and electrical controls

• Troubleshoot airflow restrictions, refrigerant issues, and system inefficiencies

• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners with confidence and clarity

• Identify and close residential HVAC retrofit opportunities when appropriate

• Educate customers on system performance, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions

• Maintain accurate service records, job notes, and customer interactions

• Keep service vehicle clean, stocked, and organized

• Work with install teams to ensure smooth handoffs on sold jobs

• Stay up to date with evolving HVAC technology and best practices

• Deliver high quality work that minimizes callbacks and builds customer trust

• 7 to 10+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems independently

• Experience generating and closing residential HVAC system replacement sales

• EPA certification required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using digital tools, service software, and modern HVAC systems

• Reliable with a long term, career focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
